If you wish to return or exchange your product please contact us at email@example.com and let us know if we should reserve another size or a different product. We try to keep waste to a minimum so please pack your product in the original plastic package when returning.
Keen will exchange or refund goods received within 14 days of delivery date. All goods must be returned in perfect condition with the original packaging, unworn with intact tags attached to the products. For hygien reasons underwear or skincare products cannot be returned, nore perfumes and fragrances. Keen do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. In case of mistake on the part of Keen or if the product was damaged the customer will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
If you live in Switzerland, Norway or the U.S. you need to pay for both shipping and toll declaration.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible (shipping cost is not being refunded in case of returned products). At the latest 30 days after Keen has received the product. Please return your product to the following address:

Collect in store
When using our service “Collect in store” you need to pick up your item at the latest the day efter placing your order. If you wish to exchange your item you have one week from the date you collect your item in the store. If you wish a refund you have one day from the day you pick up the item in the store.
Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee of 200 SEK within Sweden, 50 Euro within the EU and 60 Euro within the rest of the world. Fee will be charged the customer automatically when crediting the order.
